omg, that just totally reminded me of a yummy dish i had at this really nice turkish restaurant a couple of times.

i think it was like baba ghanoush with chicken on top. this was a few years ago.

ok, i googled the restaurant because i wanted to get it right.

Tonight was tikka masala. I had bought the small Patak's flavor packages using coupons and really like the flavor and that the spiciness is not overly hot. I followed the recipe on the back, but added sliced carrots, concentrated chicken stock, and stirred in cooked jasmine rice right before serving. No leftovers

Whatever I can stomach. I'm 10wks pregnant and the morning sickness continues to get worse. Raw veggies and I are not friends right now, but carbs are generally ok. So carbs it is (obviously taking my vitamins).

    OOO, Angela, Congrats!
Hopefully you will feel better soon, at least not to have the nausea last more than for a short time in the morning - try having a few soda crackers before you get out of bed.
I was 'lucky' when I was pregnant, I was teaching at a college from 3-9:30 p.m., so I was sickie at home!

Anyhew, tonight for supper is wings, baked fries, and coleslaw.
