They had fabulous fresh picked tomatoes and chili's so I made the chili with all fresh ingredients, nothing from a can, not even the tomatoes!
I heard that the watermelon and feta salad is very tasty! What kind of feta do you use? Sounds strange I know but last time I attempted to make a tasty salad it was the strawberry/feta type. Bought the wrong feta and it was too salty lol! I didn't realize there are so many different kinds.

We had a late dinner tonight which consisted of fries plus fried chicken(for us adults)and chicken nuggets(for the kids).

I always use a greek style. I know feta is greek but if it says greek style I find it smoother and not as salty. I get it from RCSS in the deli containers they sell.

Dh made an amazing chicken bruschetta, something he saw on the food network. Just baked some cut up chicken, can of tomatoes, garlic, basil, cheese, oregano and a box of Stovetop dressing. Surved over rice with a side of steamed broccoli. Yummy!

Last night had Olymel chicken chunks, honey-garlic - however, I burned them on the first side, so when they were done on the other side, I put them in a honey-garlic sauce I had in the freezer from hg ribs from another company, and that saved them. Served with homemade potato wedges and Caesar salad.

I am super excited to say I LOVE my Xmas gift from the kids. It was a Quesadilla Grill! ( I used 2 of the smaller wraps to make one )
Well I made 4 ( 8 Tortillas) because we all wanted our own of course. Filled with grilled chix breast slices, roasted tri colour peppers, caramalized onions, salsa, and cheese. I precooked everything, then just filled and covered, and closed the lid! Man they are way too easy to make. Will have to get some more Lactose Free cheese now, and watch for sales on the 500g bars.
