Why do people think domestic abuse is funny?? Someone I know had a black eye, abrasions, cuts, and bruises on their face, arms, and legs. She said my husband beat me and started laughing. I'm a survivor of dv and felt horrible this happened. Her husband is a nice guy (although abusers don't usually show their ugly side when around others). She continued laughing and said "Joking! I was in a bicycle accident a few days ago and hit the pavement." Her mother showed up and said she is lucky her bicycle accident wasn't worse. The mangled bicycle was in the back of the mothers van to be taken somewhere to be repaired or trashed.

Poor judgement of humour for sure, a lot of people think rape jokes are funny.

went to Walmart last night to get a few things because Sobey's near me is closing and going to Freshco so it closed at 10pm - I hate the Walmart near me in Hamilton - it has a horrible vibe, bad cashiers, and bad customers and it was built on toxic waste so its just not a good one. Saw the clump and seal litter - works well with 4 cats - saw that all the $3.00 coupons that was put on the box to buy that product - all gone but one must of been 40. Next time I will drive to Target - first time at that Walmart in almost a year - will never go back

Target has lowered the price of that litter to 6.49. I picked up 2 boxes and used my 3.00 Off coupons.

Why do customers think huffing and puffing at me will fix the problem quicker. I worked our retail counter yesterday and a customer's order got all messed up as they keep changing it but had paid for it so we had a deposit on it to show the payment. In the end we owed the customer money back but the system would not allow me to do what I needed to do so I needed to try and work it out manually. The whole time I am trying to fix the error and get the customer his refund he is huffing and puffing at me, it is not my fault you charges your order to someone else's account which means if you leave it the way it is the credit will go to that customer's account.

He might want to learn that all of his huffing and puffing actually actually made the process a lot longer as he keep messing me up and I do not work our retail counter often anymore and was trying to remember back 5 or so years ago when I worked it all the time and how we fixed things like this.

Stinky outdoor air, can't open windows...

At my complex, I noticed that the outdoor air is super stinky, not garbage stink but worse...more like rotten meat. I can't even open the windows to let fresh air in. It seems to be worse on hot days and after rain. Not sure what is causing the stinky smell. Our area have this stinky smell problem for a few years...I don't know if I should bring this to management attention (I know they won't do anything). I am going to need an expensive air filter system.
