yesterday I crumb coated these extra thick ( marked down reduced at WM!! ) no bone pork loin chops. Honestly, they must have just taken a roast and sliced them as thick as possible ( some were thicker than 1/2 inch ) Did up all 12 and that was my Happy Father's Day gift to DH, as he's been asking if we had any pork chops in the freezer....we did have some, but nothing as nice as these!
I'll see how many disappear over the w/e, the leftovers can definitely be used for the guys lunches at work.

Juiced up a massive counter top full of greens ( kale, spinach, cukes, celery ) with carrot/apples to sweeten. I know they would roar if I offered a glass of that as their veg for dinner!!

BBQ salmon, 2 salads, broccoli and potatoes. For dessert DD made a chocolate cake from scratch with homemade icing. We have a couple of dinner guests for fathers day dinner too.

BBQ pork ribs (out in the rain again), new potatoes covered in butter and beans. I made cinnamon buns for desert.

I made the cinnamon buns with whole wheat flour. It felt like I was eating toast sprinkled with cinnamon sugar lol

I buy pork sirloin chops that sound similar to what you had here. I grill them, do them in the crockpot, all kinds of things.

For Fathers Day I made DH's favourite, ribs. I had seasoned them before freezing with my new electric pressure cooker in mind, and put them in the fridge last night to defrost. They were still a bit icy, but with my Instant Pot, frozen doesn't matter a whole lot. I put water in (required), put them on the rack with some onion on top of them, brushed with bbq sauce and set the pressure cooker for 20 minutes (which doesn't exactly mean 20 minutes, it takes time to get up to pressure, and time to come back down from pressure). After that was done, I brushed on more bbq sauce and there was enough of a gap in the heavy rain for me to go out to brown them on the bbq. Served with mashed potatoes and corn.

Leftover pork roast, diced potatoes with onion, apple sauce, and milk.

LO ate great. He had pork (which he called chicken), potato with onion, Mott's apple/fruit/veggie sauce, dried cranberries, and some pecans with a glass of milk.

Had the kids, spouses and grandkids over for dinner for Father`s Day. We bbq`d hot dogs and hamburgers, a dozen of each. Also made potato salad, macaroni salad and a rice summer salad, plus raw vegies and dip. Everything went! Thank God! Oh and i used paper plates and plastic utensils, so cleanup was a breeze. Plus had a chocolate cake with choco frosting and yogurt ice cream for dessert.

Son came over for Father's Day supper - we had husband's fave takeout, which is KFC, plus strawberry cheesecake.
