What's For Dinner?

the power of suggestion is strong! ( ty @Lynn49 , @Natalka and @22hicks for rib chatter yesterday ) I now have 3 large pkgs. of pork side ribs ( ty NF sale!! ) boiling in my roast pan to thaw and soften them. Will have my way with them later slicing them up into singles ( finger foods!! ) I'll use 3 different flavours of BBQ sauce and slow cook them in the oven. ( sorry Nat, I know you would never have your oven on today ) Hoping that will suffice for a few meals/snacks here.

Busy day ahead, at this point I'm hoping for an invitation for a bbq at one of my aunts or uncles house.......although its chilly here today only 11 deg for this afternoon so probably not too many bbq's happening.,,but lets wait and see ...I could sure use a wing nite....

I think tonight will be some type of leftovers. There are a few pork ribs left from last night and a lot of boiled potatoes.

Tomorrow night we are having a small get together at a friend's house before our twins arrive. I'm bringing my baked cheese loaf with crackers. I also plan on baking today and bringing something sweet with us too.

Last night was turkey and cheese panini with a ceaser salad.

Tonight will be turkey burgers stuffed with avocado and spicy mayo and a green salad.

Can I come, too? It's got to be cooler there - let alone the draw for the ribs!

I always boil the ribs, because then it's a two-fer - you get soup broth as well as tender ribs.

Tonight for supper, leftover Chinese food.

Tonight's Dinner: Chicken drumsticks on bbq, potatoes (chopped in chunks and cooked in tinfoil with spices etc) Fresh broccoli and garden salad (peppers, cucumber, carrots and goat cheese. We are obsessed with goat cheese now!)

It's well over 30 degrees, so takeout Chinese it is!

Chicken rolls,some veggies and ranch dip,macaroni salad and some smoked salmon mousse with crackers and some diet pepsi.Dont forget the Gouda cheese and cheddar cheese too
