    last night i had crevettes provincale with greek potatoes and rice and a house salad.

    tonight im marinading some pork chop for the bbq. also making potatoes and carrots on the bbq and lemon garlic brocolli and a cucumber saad.

    We were supposed to have Pork Chops tonight but ended up having a late lunch of Nachos so we will consider Nachos our dinner and Pork Chops will have to move to tomorrow.

    Unexpected takeout - but well worth the cost, because it was payment for labour for guys to install a used window a/c unit - YAY, at least the kitchen is cool! (hoping it spreads to other rooms, the house is small)

    Had their house special soup (orzo soup, absolutely fab), pork cutlets with gravy, fries, corn.

    I usually don't finish one of these meals, but today I ate it all.
