got a big hunk of beef just over 2.5 kg. Hubby broke it down into 3 portions. Made beef burritos for dinner tonight. The other two portions will be stew and sheppard pies

Tuna casserole was pretty good..had a stuffed potato with it and veggie skewer. Probably leftovers Thurs night. Really want to try the beef Wellington I got though. Those seem pretty good: beef, pate and gravy in puff pastry.

The other night when Mom had said she was going to leave me dinner she did not so I had to get creative. Found some frost bitten perogies which I topped with pasta sauce and cheese and baked. Also did some roasted cauliflower to go with it. Not bad but I think I used too much tomato sauce it was a bit over powering.

Last night Mom made some pasta with chicken, frozen veggies in a cream sauce and there was some left over in the fridge so in a baking dish that went with some cheddar on top and dinner was served.

Tonight Mom is making lasagna and I will made garlic bread to go with it.

Tomorrow night will be left overs as our fridge is now bursting at the seams which works I am on my own for dinner tomorrow and I know I won't feel like cooking, just been one of those weeks.

Last night I made corn dog muffins for the first time. They were ok, but none of us were too impressed.

I don't know what we're having for supper tonight, but our 3yr old son has gymnastics at 5:45.
Again, don't know what we're having tomorrow.
Saturday we will be joining friends to celebrate a birthday at a local restaurant.
    Sunday, don't know.
Monday we are invited to birthday friend's house for Thanks Goving supper. I'm bringing the sweets since I am known for my baking.

We tried a new product for supper tonight. Marie Callendar's Chicken Alfredo. It was okay. Not a product that I would run out and buy again immediately. Definitely not worth $7 (original cost at Superstore.) Bought it for 4.99 with a coupgon coupon.

It's taco night!! Went to the states last week where they have a much better selection of Mexican ingredients. I picked up some pork chorizo, some raw tortillas that you fry right before eating and a variety of spices. Also picked up a variety of cheese cuz its so cheap down there. So will pick up a few fresh veggies for toppings and some sour cream to make a chilli lime sauce. Can't wait!

Leftover soup from yesterday - then whatever each of us feels like - there are some leftovers in the fridge, or a sandwich or something...

Tonight's supper was zucchini biscuits, baked boneless skinless chicken breasts with a large tossed salad and a glass of milk. I plan on making candied pecans either tonight or tomorrow. I've never made them before, so I'm hoping it turns out. I can always bring sine to Thanks Giving.

update: The candied pecans are pretty good, but this recipe used 1Tbsp cinnamon for 4 cups I pecans which I find to be too much.

Today I am making veal with marsala mushroom sauce for DH and home made fries! I will be having some fries, salad and other veggies, as, I am trying to stay away from meat still. The meal I making will look something like this, well the veal should:
