    ..lots of leftovers from yesterday....but instead of rice, I made wraps with the leftover pork mixture...seriously craving a steak bbq..but its always too windy lol, see what happens tomorrow..

    had duck soup and slaw at my mom's and hubby ordered pizza and wings. We're both happy that we got what we wanted. If he has it his way i think he'd eat pizza every day.

    Used up some leftovers, things from the fridge and stuff! Leftover whole chicken from my Instant Pot (pressure cooker) the other day. Refried beans from the deep freeze, also done in the IP from dried beans. Tortillas, homemade taco seasoning, cheese, salsa with the chicken, grilled on my indoor grill. Did some rice with salsa in IP. And a taco salad from Superstore.

    Did I mention I still love my pressure cooker? I use it every day, often more than once. Ribs are going in it tomorrow!

    Zonny, it's great that you love that cooker so much!

    Tonight, it's leftovers here, too - not much dark meat left for my husband (he ate like a beast yesterday!), he may be forced to have some breast meat (OMG!), but I made a nice gravy from the drippings from yesterday (we had just used the drippings yesterday) so that might convince him; cut up the leftover potatoes to heat through, and there are enough bits of carrots and cabbage for me; plus I made coleslaw.
