Mmmm, GF homemade lasagna with chix breast and spinach. Garden salad with raspberry dressing. Couple of no meat eggplant Parmesan appetizers ( experimented with my Smartpoints ingredients! ) quite tasty.

I decided to paint my old kitchen cabinets (white) so my kitchen is an organized mess right now. Yesterday I emptied every cupboard and packed in boxes for easy access, scrubbed everything with TSP and removed all the doors, hinges, handles, etc, so I'm ready for sanding now. Might go at it later but have a bunch of errands to do today first so will see
...I bbq'd pork chops in the oven yesterday evening late and did baked potato and maple syrup beans... there's leftovers if I get busy with sanding (I'll probably do the doors in the garage to cut down on dust, although I have a small palm sander with a bag that catches most of the dust) OR if I'm out and about I might just p/u a donair pizza and squirrel away for later

Whole roasted chicken ($6.86), mashed potatoes, homemade gravy and green & yellow beans (beans from the inlaws garden). There will be enough leftovers for 2 lunches for dh and enough for 2 sandwiches, love those meals that stretch.

Last night was riced cauliflower with grilled chicken and General Tsao sauce from the CHEW. It was so good.
Tonight I'm trying a cauliflower pizza crust with some toppings. Fingers crossed
