My first time making Peking duck wraps. Well, I didn’t make the duck, it came from Vancouver Chinatown. I carved the prepared duck and broiled the meat and skin until crispy. I got the Peking duck wraps from the Asian market. Crispy duck, thin spears of geeen onion and hoisin sauce...yummy and quite authentic. I also made bbq pork and fauxrice. I wish Peking duck wasn’t so pricey, I would make this more often. Has anyone here made their own from scratch?

oh @cabmonk it did turn out nice! bet you enjoyed that.
I made up some fun foods for Hockey Day In Canada today.
Right now though I can barely keep my eyes open, probably won't watch the last game that is on now.
Grilled the gang up homemade burgers using a lean ground beef, veal and pork mixture. " George Foremaned " up the all-beef franks. Made deviled eggs, egg salad, cut raw veggies, garden salad and coleslaw.
Then for dessert a Devil's Food layer cake ( boxed ) filled in between with Smuckers choc syrup, Dream Whip cream and fresh sliced strawberries and whole strawberries in the cream on the top, chocolate shavings as well. Mmmmmm. Nasty good!

Took out two chickens that have been in the freezer for a while and going to make then Swish Chalet style. Will add rice or oven potatoes and have a couple of packages of the Swiss Chalet sauce they sell in the store and if I go out later will pick up fresh buns
