the Blue Jays have made my night! ( so far ahead at 5-1 top of the 9th!!) Seems they can do no wrong ( well those 2 minor errors by Devon early on ) but who counts that now? ha ha
Anyways for dinner during the game I ate 8 pieces of one kind of gluten free sweet potato cracker chip with melted Havarti on them and just 5 of the other g-free kind that was more like a potato chip but also sweet potato.
    Mmmmm, so yummy!
Then my salad using the baby fresh lettuce DH has growing out back, added red pepper, cucumber, slivered almonds and cranberries . Raspberry vinaigrette dressing....

oh!!! J.A. Happ just got his 100th win tonight!!!!

Also 6 very large cooked and then chilled shrimp with cocktail sauce.
Dessert was 3/4 cup dark cherry lactose free, sugar free " ice cream "
    2 bottles of water.

We are going to my sons kind of Jack and Doe today which is about a 3 hour drive for us. No one has really said what time it is ending or if they will be serving anything at all to eat so we will have to just play it by ear.

Last night’s supper was perogies, smokies, and boiled mixed veggies.
I don’t think I’ll buy that brand of smokies again because it gave me indigestion.

I have a pork roast in the slow cooker... for pulled pork wraps. Will serve with a garden salad.

Last night I had my dinner out, we went to East Side Mario's big mistake. Something in the kitchen went wrong and it took over an hour to get our meal and the manager was comping everyone's bill by 50% and they stopped seating people between 6:30 & 7 on a Friday night. When we left they were seating again but only if you were on the waiting list if not you were being turned away.

On that note tonight's dinner is Steak, Sautee Mushrooms & Onions and Roasted Potatoes or Wedges plus maybe another veggie of some sort, just trying to figure out if we are cooking inside or on the BBQ.

Bright and early this a.m. I made up a beef stew. Thought I was being a smarty pants getting a jump on dinner but after the meat was all nice and tender from the pressure cooker, I looked under the sink and there were NO SPUDS! So I used a couple of my own precious sweet potatoes to accompany the other veggies.

Change in plan steak is not defrosted and I do not have great luck cooking partially frozen steak due to liking mine more cooked so we ordered a Free pizza from the local pizza shop.

It’s a rainy day so I’ve made a pot of curried butternut squash soup. That and homemade ham and cheese sliders tonight.
