Last night I baked Tortellini in Classico Roasted Portobello Mushroom Sauce topped with Cheddar and Parm with a Garlic Parm Bun.

Tonight is a mystery so far will have to come up with something.

We are having beef stew in the instant pot. Kind of a fitting meal for the weather

Decided today will be Leftover Homemade Meatloaf, with Mashed Potatoes and a Side Salad.

Going to make Creamy Parm Chicken Tortellini, will use up some cherry tomatoes as well as some of the spinach I picked up this week. Will also make a Salad and Garlic Bread to go with it

I have a ultimate dining card so we are going to pick up Swiss Chalet. I believe i read there is a promo code for their app to save 5.00 on pick up so i am going to do some digging to find out what it is

On Saturday afternoon I cooked up 8 burgers, 6 LONG beef dogs and crumb coated an entire pan of thick pork sirloin chops....After the chops were cooked I placed them a few at a time into the Air Fryer to crisp up the outsides a bit. The gang were on their own for sides. There are a ton of salad options in the fridge as well as a bag of those Skillet pan Gnocchis to cook up.

I ate my previously prepared beef and onions along with a salad. Later after the 2nd All Star game I indulged in a Cafe Crema ( Tassimo ) and one square of a chocolatey homemade Rice Krispie Treat.
The 2 oversized pans I made up of these will have to be taken out of the house soon! So clear I cannot trust myself around these things...ha ha

I am kind of torn on dinner tonight. I made Butter Cauliflower yesterday, just need to make Rice. Plus I made Portobello Pot Roast in the Instant Pot (although to me it more of a Mushroom Stew) and made Homemade Potato Buns to go with it.

But I am really thinking about putting on a pot of Beef Stew for tonight even though I have all that food in the fridge. Thinking I would prefer to save for during the week where is today I have time to cook.

I had a free lunch today at fire station downtown. Thye served barley soup, buns, coffee and pop.
