hiya gals! It's Friday ( again ) my day plans resemble my night plans, in fact the same outfit is worn during both....my comfy pj's! Just kidding....I'm off soon to " errand " my way around town. Hopefully avoiding as many 2 legged, mask-wearing individuals as possible.

That is a bummer @avoncallingu about the no tv for a few days. Nicer news about a new wedding to perform, which poses a question I have had on my mind for you ladies. When wearing our masks out in public have any of you simply stopped wearing lipstick? I ask because I saw a woman remove her mask yesterday and noticed the big splotchy smear of her lipstick on the inside of her mask.
All I could think of was " why bother wearing something no one will even see " ? Strange times.

Hi everyone! Welcome to Friday which has morphed into any other day for many of us!
As I seem to have been able to post I thought I would try and say something profound (or at the minimum make sense!).
This weather has been wonky with extreme humidity one day,rain and then cooler. I would like to put stuff away for the season, but often the season changes from the morning to evening!
It's also been doing a real number on my sinuses which just zaps me of energy and productivity.
Oh well it could always be worse!

I've been trying for quite a few minutes to post a cute MP4 file that I received in an email....ugh! to no avail.
However, once I traveled down the rabbit hole of You Tube I fixated on this one.
It was then I noticed how the animals antics, physical body shape, their anger, social distancing struggles and boredom were so eerily similar to my own experiences.

Of course, the original claim fails to mention a number of pertinent facts.
1. That the change is temporary and because of the disruption caused by COVID-19
2. That McDonald’s would still use Canadian beef, but also import beef to minimise the chance of shortages.
3. And finally, despite the claim that this is an indication that McDonald’s Canada was “refusing to support” Canadian beef industry, it was actually because of the possibility that national suppliers would not be able to provide McDonald’s with enough produce.

Taking a minute to say hi - nothing "new" but same old owies.
Son came over to do yardwork yesterday, so he stayed for supper and a good visit. I wasn't feeling good part of the time, and really couldn't hide it - it makes me sad when he has to see me at my lowest.

I have felt decent for about an hour now, sure hope it lasts longer!

The POINT is that as LONG as they're using US beef, I would suggest NOT supporting them not that I eat there at all, anyway.

Aw, @Natalka , I was hoping to receive better news from you when I got home from camp. Wifi us so sketchy there, it can be difficult to log on. Sorry there hasn't been an improvement.
Are nurses still able to visit? Your doctor?
I hope more can be done.

Well it'll be so nice to have our new trailer delivered and set up next Monday....I'm going to love my kitchen island, increasing my workspace!
