Ok! When do we start?!?!
I've always used the bottom of the one duralex glass I have left when I made peanut butter cookies. So much prettier than using a fork.
Love that suggestion, @walkonby , regarding the ease of disposing of kale. IF it ever finds it's way here, that is.
Good morning!
A light dusting of snow overnight and it's still falling ever so gently down, the wretched crap. I guess it had to happen sometime.
I'll be playing with resin today, so that'll be fun.
Thise dang covid numbers are just spiking down south! Stay safe if you have to be out there with people. We have 8 cases here, but that may go up a little since all the gals who absolutely had to have their eyebrows done at a mall's "beauty bar" kiosk over the course of 3 days now have to isolate and be tested. The price of beauty.
So toodles for now, enjoy the day, whatever mischief you're planning to get into.

Good day my friends!
I'm back here wanting to pull my fur out as I am pretty sure that I was on here yesterday and read, liked and posted but see no evidence of that today!!! And my Timmie's app isn't working so I can't take advantage of their $1coffee!! Grrr to technology!!!
(End of rant).
Other than that the snow is falling and it's wet stuff! and the sidewalks are slippery. I believe I will stay put until I watch the Mandalorian with DD
It's encouraging to see people that care about others which is something I see on SC and not always out in the crazy world.
Kudos to everyone and their contributions!
Stay safe my friends and have a great day and weekend!
Be the blessing you would like others be to you!Always remember the What are you thankful for today? thread as there always is something to be thankful for.

Good morning, @flemeth , @walkonby , sleepy-heads.
Tired this morning, DD called yesterday to ask me if I wanted to join her in a bit of shopping. Of course! We just went into BB&B, HomeSense and Chapters, went back to their home, wrapped presents, then all the guys came and we ordered a Greek dinner, talked for a while after that until I hit a wall and crashed from all that activity. It's my least favourite thing about fibromyalgia...the absolute, bone-numbing, can barely move, exhaustion from just doing that. It's not a, "gosh I'm tired" exhaustion, it's being hit full-on by a train. I barely made it to bed.
Today, my DH and SIL will be here watching golf, and DD and I will be there, crafting with her new Cricut. Tomorrow...gingerbread cookie-making here with GS.
The next week, recovering.
I hope you're all involved with fun and Christmassy things too.
Stay safe.Last edited by Lynn49; Sat, Dec 5th, 2020 at 09:29 AM.

Happy 🐈 urday!!!
Thanks, everyone, for your kind wishes and encouraging messages.
Had a very bad day yesterday, then I was up most of the night with lotsa pain.
It's just one long, yucky story...
Friday, I had blood work done by the mobile lab.
Thursday, nurse came to change the Cobands on my legs. No stockings for me yet; she brought a bagful of boxes of the bandages that would be a month's worth. Legs are all clear.
Wednesday I had a phone appointment with my rheumatologist. Went over all my owies and difficulties with her, as well as reviewing my meds. She wants me to add B12, and wants my Methotrexate dosage upped.
We spoke for about a half hour - she is so kind and thorough.
She thinks I have fibromyalgia. Uh, yippee?
Nothing else going on around here. So boring, but not that I can do much anyway.
My left hand still numbs easily - yes, I have told the nurses as well as the rheumatologist, and my care coordinator who will relay that, as well as other updates I wrote to her, to my home care doctor.
A nurse I am close with told me about a month ago, that the home care nurses will get moved out of their positions to staff the virus field hospital, should the need come. Well, this became public this week, so we shall have to wait and see. SK is not doing great on the virus front...
Take care, all of you!

Claudius and Hamlet are gorgeous, but this kitty would be on my wish list. Love Maine Coons!
