I put slabs of beef (blade/round?) in the slow cooker this morning with onion, garlic, spices, bbq sauce, etc and had it on mini brioche buns, toasted under the broiler with cheddar cheese and wedge fries (here they are just called wedgies! lol) in the air fryer..BUT.. I ruined my appetite after gorging on this apple cinnamon loaf I made this afternoon

Pulled homemade burgers from the freezer and am making oven fries poutine.

There were only 3 hard taco shells left...so I stirred in a pkg. of powdered Old El Paso Taco spice mix to the leftover bowl of ground meat lasagna mixture, then did the dicing thing to fresh veg, grated some cheese. So yummy, it was for brunch though....oops.
DS will use his soft Tortilla wraps to make his up.

Trying a new recipe tonight, Balsamic Chicken with Mushrooms, love anything Balsamic and I have mushrooms I need to use up. I will serve it with leftover Mashed Potatoes and some sort of veggie.

Homemade potato bacon soup in the crock pot with leftover cornmeal muffins. It's amazing it's actually happening today, we both had to forfeit 2 pieces of bacon at brunch yesterday.
