Completed a HARD 5 km climb ride and ended up with my PB on that class. It’s not like I’m at the top of the leaderboard or anything but the steady improvements in the rides is mind blowing. The resistance levels and cadence are always increasing and for that I’m proud.
Closed the ride with a 2.25km cooldown ride and stretching and at bedtime a relaxing meditation to help sleep.
I’m going to do my first ever live class tomorrow with my fave instructor from London . It’s hard because of the time difference and my work schedule but tomorrow is a weights class. Yay! Can’t wait.

The sun is shining and it doesn't feel freezing cold out today. I will make sure to get out for a walk tonight for fresh air and alone time

Just managed my stretching and meditation. It was a crazy busy day. Today I will ride and weight train. Maybe go for a walk if the weather holds.

I cycled for 50 mins along with IFIT. We did 2 cycling sessions in beautiful Italy..so scenic

I ended up doing 2 rides today plus cooldown. A 6km climb ride and 6km high speed scenic ride through Oregon. Stretching as well but weighs and core will wait until tomorrow. Don’t want to go overboard .

Upper body weight workout tonight followed by stretching class and core class for week 2 of my 4 week program.

I am still trying to walk my 2 km per day.I try hard to do 2 small walks.Really helps my mental and energy at least.
The goal is to live day by day not to much thinking hahaha !!!!
I love to save money!!! Frugal life hahaah !!!

That’s great. Any kind of movement is good and it doesn’t matter how much as long as you’re doing it. I still struggle with actually starting but I force myself to ride or do weights or whatever because it’s truly the best way for me to deal with stress, anxiety and depression. These last 2 years have been rough on everyone and it’s just added to some other bad stuff that’s been happening before that so I need some kind of outlet. It’s either working out , which is beneficial for my health or I’ll snap and throat punch someone .

Last night was a 4.5km low impact climb ride. Today lower body weight workout and core with a ride is planned.

I only did my core class last night and meditation but this morning I was up and on the bike at 6am. I got an 11km ride in and then did a family day walk for 2.5km in the frigid cold! At least it was sunny. All in all it was a successful day.

Our walkways/driveways and roadways are ice covered! DS hasn't been to school since last Wednesday. Long weekend and buses canceled 4 school days!!
I need my outside walk and fresh air.
