What's For Dinner?

Tonight will be Homemade Pizza with Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Onions, Bacon, Cheddar & Parm. On the side some cucumber with Ranch Dressing because I am not feeling a salad.

We had homemade pizza too-along with the usual veggies we added spinach which was really nice.

Soya sauce chicken wings and basmati rice along with a homemade spinach salad with our fav poppy seed dressing recipe.

Last night was BLT's. Tomato looked good while shopping and had everything else at home needed.

I just made homemade mac and cheese and there are leftover tacos. Everyone can fend for themselves tonight with the leftovers.

I was stumped as to what to make the guys for their Thursday work meal. Finally I remembered we have not had a delicious batch of Chana Aloo in a bit. It's all done. I might be the taste tester and have a bowl for my lunch!

p.s. Glad you could use up some of your spinach in a salad. I find spinach freezes really well too..I just vac seal it and toss it in.

Freezing fresh spinach is the best $$$ saver. We always buy the big plastic tubs from Costco and I literally put them directly in to the freezer. Mind you we only use it for smoothies for added to dahl, chili, Mac and cheeze stuff like that.

After a long day at work ( Wednesday's are always the roughest) I managed enough energy to make a tofu bolognese with bucatini, full salad with homemade ranch dressing, and garlic naan.

I enjoyed a 2nd bowl of celery, sweet potato soup. So good at lunch I did a repeat!

Tonight we are trying a new recipe, Sheet Pan Roasted Pork Tenderloin and Vegetables. I will also make some asparagus since I need to use it up but thinking I will just add it to sheet pan too, let's keep it simple.

Last night we had a free dinner at the casino ( was a draw for a vehicle so decided to stay for that)
Tried something new- the crispy chicken on a bun with garlic aioli and ceaser salad. It was really good but huge. So much chicken!
Brought DS home Seafood pasta.

Mom wanted Wings tonight so I had BBQ Chicken Caesar Wraps on the side we both had Savoury Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Brussel Sprouts.

I am trying to get more creative with our sides.

We had dinner at my brother's. Roast beef, potatoes, b. sprouts and gravy-with Lindt chocolates for dessert.
