i made curry ground turkey with vegetables and sweet potato.

I'm making baked polenta layered with a combination of fontina and gorgonzola cheese and layered with tomato sauce.

Leftovers from yesterday - husband made a double recipe, so even with giving our son a big container of food, there's still more than enough left for us for supper tonight. YAY!

making stuffed peppers for dinner tonight!

I was invited out to neighbours for dinner this evening..they had a newfie jiggs dinner with all the trimmings, pork, cabbage, turnip, potato, carrot, peas pudding, salt beef, molasses pudding..yummy, yummy..and for dessert angel food cake smothered in some kind of cream topped with fresh blueberries & strawberries...I did the dishes

Tonight we had shells stuffed with ricotta, pesto and bacon with meat sauce covered in mozzarella cheese. Can I say yummy!!!!!

Going to make some steak and home fries tonight.

Stir fry veggies with medium firm tofu on rice and chocolate pudding for dessert.

No name for this - but sauteed ground beef with onions, celery, carrots, cauliflower and whatever sauce/juices come out of that, served over pasta, with homemade pickled beets and salad.

Homemade veggie burger with a garden salad. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing sprinkled with walnuts and feta cheese. Healthy, fast and cheap

I had fully intended to make stuffed peppers, but on their way out the door the guys asked if I could have pork fried rice ready when their shift was done.....ugh. o.k. had to first thaw and cook a rack of ribs ( had no other pork here) then dice all my veggies small, get rice cooker going. By the time it was all sauteed up nice together didn't I forget all about my peppers? Oh well tomorrow I guess.
