I made a quick supper of tacos. The family ate them as tacos, I prefer taco salad. Served with fresh garden veggies and some zucchini soup I made yesterday. Zucchini....overload. When I knew my neighbours, I used to toss them both zucchini over the fence, these new ones would probably report me to the police.

We are staying at a friend's house until the baby arrives. He made fettichini with sauce that he made from scratch. We had ceasar salad and garlic bread with it.

the taco salad looks delish. my sister in law makes one with russian dressing and taco seasoning mix and she crushes doritos and adds that to the mix. i was going to make a lasagna tonight but my daughter has requested more corn on the cob so i'm thinking i'll use the rest of the COTC up and make BLTs with my overload of tomatoes.

We're having chicken done in the crock pot with ketchup, pepsi, and onions.
Sounds totally gross, I know, and I've never tried making this recipe before. I'm hoping all reviews on the internet are correct and that it does in fact taste awesome. LOL.
I'll probably do up some perogies and some veggies to go with. Haven't really decided on that part yet. But pretty much anything goes with chicken so it shouldn't be rocket science!"Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." Oscar Widle

Vegetable soup with crackers for the kids, and home made chili with cubes of eye of round roast in it for me and the mister (the kids hate spicy foods so even though it's mild they won't eat my chili lol).

well, dinner was early because I was very hungry at 4:00 p.m. Had the leftover Basa that we baked after sprinkling with Mrs Dash Lemon & herb and Mrs Dash Spicy chicken as well. Mmmmmm...with some new potatoes, cherry tomatoes and baby carrots.
if I had stopped there fine, but I then had hummus with vegetable straws ( OMG! they are so crunchy and delicious) and a juicy big seedless orange!
