What's For Dinner?

pressure cooked a corned beef brisket and steamed a whole head of savoy cabbage.

Beer can chicken, baked beans and kale with mushrooms was the plan.
I stayed up late watching the hockey last night, so the beans went in the oven quite late this morning.

May have to substitute another carb. and save the beans for tomorrow.
They are always better the second day anyways.

BBQ chicken from Superstore, homemade fries, green beans and salad. Nestle cone for dessert.

Making a bag of perogies since we have lots and lots of sour cream to use up and both kids love them.

For dinner- Cleaning out the fridge so ham, pasta with shredded cheese, broccoli, and perogies will be dinner for DS.

Did not have the Chicken in Mushroom Soup over Rice last night as we were out of the main spice we use to flavour the dish. Mom grabbed the spice needed last night but plan B had already been put in place so tonight is now Chicken in Mushroom Soup over Rice

We still had a few hamburgers in the freezer and the buns are still good, I thought may as well use them up

..ended up going to a friends cabin Wednesday evening, we had a lovely bbq, finger foods yesterday evening, home late last night...getting ready to go to cabin for the weekend, haven't decided on the menu plan, I'm sure it will be a fun weekend, full of snowmobiling and lots of great food

Day 22: found a delissio vintage cheese pizza in the freezer so that was dinner. Tonight I'm making a beef stew with whatever frozen veggies I have left. Great comfort food wi the snow storm they are calling for!

Tenderized steak, mashed potatoes with gravy and asparagus. Chocolate cake for dessert.

Just the old man tonight, so it has to be steak!
Found a lonely Veal Steak in the freezer and lots of beans left.

Beer once I am finished grandpa duties with the baby.

Going to see what my son and his soon to be wife are doing for dinner. If they have no plans will either get take out or out for fast food. If they already have plans I will just keep munching all night
