Oh man-even though hubs is making a pizza I spent the afternoon looking at South Indian cooking videos. So I also had to make a veg coconut curry. An odd combo but the house smells great!

DH is on BBQ duty out back atm. Belmont Prime Rib burgers, Schneiders all beef dogs and grilled yellow zucchini. I'm on salad duty so
I snapped opened the lid on 2 containers from NF. Potato egg salad and macaroni salad. I also cut up some daikon sticks, tomatoes wedges and added some baby carrots to the plate. We're good!

Tonight is black bean and sweet potato tacos with a creamy chipotle sauce. I’m also serving an iceberg salad with the Caesar dressing from last night. It was really good but I went a tad heavy on the garlic

I picked up a rib meal deal at Safeway for $19.99. It came with buns and 2 salads-enough to feed us 2 meals each.

I just feeling like having some slices of canned corned beef on white bread with lots of yellow mustard. Seems sort of gnarly for dinner but the craving is there.
