Non-vegan - skimped out on cheese so I made a white sauce
Vegan
We both used the same vegetables (green peppers, garden tomatoes, onions, mushrooms).
I used pepperoni and roasted chicken and BF had vegan pepperoni.\
While those were in the oven cooking, bf sauteed some mushrooms and we ate it on top of Wheat Thins with a smidge of hummus. Yummy!
Since the oven was on and I had an eggplant...
I breaded them, shoved them in the oven for 10 minutes and we ate it with marinara sauce. :D

We bbq'd tonight. Made kabobs with pork, fresh mushrooms, celery, and zucchini (from the garden). We wrapped some diced potatoes and onions in tinfoil and bbq'd them too. Turned out great.

oh man do I miss sushi. I'm hoping to get to eat some in October, since baby is due in September. A sushi restaurant even opened in town while I was pregnant and I have a friend who keeps bugging me to go with him. He always forgets that you aren't allowed to eat sushi when you are pregnant.

We ate beef! OMG, T-bone steaks! I get the small tender piece on the one side, cooked just past medium rare and DH leaves his on the BBQ to " ruin " his side of the steak by cooking it well done, lol!! Oh were they delicious!, some new potatoes, carrots, baby greens side salad. What else do ya need?

Veggie Chicken burgers, rice, lentils, frozen baby mixed veggies, corn on the cob. Very satisfying after all the frozen meals we've been eating lately for convenience.

Very yummy and probably cost about 50 cents for the whole batch.

Well, no vampires will dare darken our door today!
The house smells heavenly - there's 40+ garliccloves roast chicken in the oven. I'll bake rice to go with it, and over that the drippings from the chicken along with the sweet roasted garlic and onions; and a salad of lettuce, cucs, and radishes (all I have left!).
