What's For Dinner?

I made 2 large pizzas from these pre made GF, and dairy free Sticklings Brand crusts. Expensive as all heck but tasty and easy to work with. I put low sodium turkey pepperoni on them, ( nitrates ugh! I know ) no salt added tomato sauce, lactose free mozzarella, and the veggies, and some pineapple on DD's.
Mmmmm.

Tonight will be bbq baby back ribs and stuffed potatos with a greek salad. I'm going to make the potatos this morning and prep all the veggies for the salad. It gets so hot in the late afternoon and early evening here I'll just be able to throw everything on the bbq and voila....dinner is served!

It's been a busy week! Here are a couple of suppers:

Homemade chicken fingers (using Southern Fried Shake 'n Bake), green beans and fried rice. And a pasta with meat sauce dish with garlic bread.

i'm not sure what i'm doing tonight... i think i'll BBQ some hamburgers and hot dogs and just have some oven fries. we have company comming this afternoon so don't feel like preping stuff while people are here.

We are headed to my MIL's place in a few hours and she is going to teach me to make BUTTER CHICKEN!!!! She makes the most amazing BC on the planet and now she's going to teach me

Not sure Abby...I didn't check (but I can tolerate some gluten since I cut out meat and diary) BUT Hero Burgers have gf buns and a bf veggie burger I love Hero!

My MIL is used to the fact that I am not used to super sicey foods (DH was raised with all kinds of Indian food and is used to it) so she makes it spicey but not crazy hot. I like heat but I stilll like to taste the flavor not just the burn

We ordered Pizza Pizza ... chicken bites and a large pizza (garlic parmesan sauce base w/ chicken, mushrooms, bacon with BBQ sauce drizzle). So good - and we used the gift cards that we got through icoke last year to pay for all of it!

Last night was a couple thick juicy burgers with fries. Tonight will be stuffed clams with veggies and biscuits.
