    I thought about using cream of mushroom but tried this and it turned out good. I kept looking at the cans in my pantry for about 5 mins before I decided,lol.

    Went to Jack Astors last night - had the Mediterranean chicken focaccia sandwhich. Grilled chicken on a bed of baby spinach and roasted red onions, lemon garlic mayo and goat cheese. It was soooo yummy!
