Oh, Abby, I hope you get well soon!
Tonight I made pasta, tuna, and peas thrown together with a garlic mushroom sauce. Husband got four eggs over easy as well.

I made pork chops glazed in maple syrup, smashed potato with olive oil, salt & pepper, homemade creamed corn (from the framers market on the weekend) and fresh cantalope.
We all need a little sunshine every now and then

We had perogies, fried with bacon and onions. Yum! Older DD didn't like, but younger DD loved!

One of the reasons I had to stop with most vegan items, most of it affected my gout. Any soy stuff like those gardein items and TVP etc. I still try when I can once and a while.
Anyway for dinner last night was roasted chicken. Served with baked potatoes topped with cheese curds and sour cream.

Tomorrow night we are hosting our annual friends Christmas potluck supper. We are roasting a turkey, making the stuffing and gravy. A friend is trying to buy a larger roaster because the turkey is too big for he roaster we own. It is about 26lbs. I see turkey leftovers in our future. Some friends are bringing garlic mashed potatoes, shrimp rings, a dessert. I am just about to bake banana chocolate chip muffins. The rest of the menus is a mystery and I will find out tomorrow.
