Dh made supper last night. We had pork chops with mushroom sauce and microwave rice packets. That rice was SO salty dh & I were not happy with it. I kept the packages to call the company and complain. We are off toSaskatoon for the next four days and did not want any leftovers in the fridge.

same as last night leftover vegan chili and a crusty bun from sobeys Just need to throw the chili in the microwave to heat up for a few minutes and supper is prepared!

meatballs and sauce with spaghettini.linguini.

i threw both types of noodles in the pot in a hurry.

now the dilemna is, do i let the spaghettini go a little soft, or do i keep the lingini extra al dente lol.

they are both in equal amounts.

Chicken Fingers and Fries, mom has a blocked tube in her ear and is a little cranky and I was working at another location which made my drive home longer so it was this or take out.

well, i slept through most of it (NOT from boredom - from lack of sleep) ... then i didn't sleep all night lol. sigh

Last night was lasagna hamburger helper, caeser salad and peas and carrots...what can I say this is what my granddaughter requested!!!

Tonight is a quick supper...Reuban Sandwiches , with cut up fruit and a salad and homemade sweet potato fries.
