    We’ve been eating out more than usual, a couple of parties, get together with friends at a local pub, etc. So I’m happy to make dinner at home tonight. We are grilling maple soy sockeye salmon, a stir fried Chinese sausage spaghetti squash and grilled baby bokchoy.

    Yesterday was my husband's birthday, so our son brought over Popeye's - first time for us trying it, son had it before and loved it. So we had chicken pieces, fries, and biscuits.
    He got mild, but it was still a little spicy for me, but eatable. White meat was nice and tender, fries were yummy - but, oh my, those biscuits were buttery and delish!

    Birthday cake was a sampler assortment of cheesecake slices - the birthday boy was oh so happy!
