Well I didn't take a roast out last night for the slow cooker so...... I took sausage out of the freezer when I went home for lunch. (free from my sister
) Will make up the boys sausage, perogies and a veggie- Green beans I am guessing.
I also took out a whole chicken. Will defrost overnight and toss in a baking dish in the morning with potatoes and put in the fridge and have DS toss in the oven in the afternoon( We will not get take out!!)

Roasted pork tenderloin - nice spicy rub crusted on it, so tender inside - and hash browns. I had celery and dip as well.

Son was over for supper, so husband made chicken livers and mashed potatoes. Son made stirfry with mushrooms, broccoli and onion.
I had leftover pork tenderloin, with the above sides.
