Thanks so much! Sleep is definately something we're working on! My body is coping pretty well so far, but I am already VERY frustrated with breastfeeding. I have an appointment at our local mother-baby clinic tomorrow for some extra help. I'm about ready to quit!

& I'm sure you didn't look like a meth addict lol. I was pretty drugged up too, I fainted after that picture was taken, then again in the shower when the nurses were getting me cleaned up. Labor was much better than I anticipated though, but DH and MIL were great support people!

I am sympathetic to what you are experiencing, but I laugh so much because that kind of drama WAS my life with my in laws ( but in other ways) so when I see the nerve of it with yours OMG! it is like I am re-living it. The nephew , as great a kid as he is, your privacy will be compromised because of the size of the living space. Oh I hope DH does not buckle under the pressure of " family " . Hang tight!

And we're in the middle of HUGE renovations on our home (we're crazy, I know!) so we've been staying with my parents (don't get me wrong, I love them) but I will be very relieved when I am in my own house again and when the babe is here. 3 more weeks!!! Good luck with going back to work, I'm sure you'll settle in just fine but I imagine it'll be hard the first few weeks. Time flies doesn't it!!??!! <3

hee hee, funny story, my DS #1 at one point at around 15 yrs old had size 15 feet, and was 6'1", maybe 160 lbs ( ?) always felt weird around my shorter ( Italian roots) side of the family. They always tell him to eat! lol. So we were visiting DH's
" clan " ( let's just call them the Land Of The Giants) Anyways, we walk in, he scans the room and sees so many people at eye level, looks at the shoes on the front door mat, and they are all huge like his, and he says out loud " ah!! My people !!"
I just cracked up, never occurred to me he felt validated there. lol

I just love when at least a few baby pics turn out perfect like his did ( no closed eyes or crooked up mouths) It can be tough depending if they are in a playful mood and how much they will put up with us saying " look at Mommy! , c'mon, look here "
