hi cath, seeing those rice wraps on your plate reminded me of the few times I made my own. I love that I got to choose what went into them, and I learned about the firm rice disc paper and how it softens almost immediately when it is placed in warm water. It was fun making a batch up back every now and then, but sadly I'm the only person who likes them here, DH, DS and DD all sort of passed on them...lol
