lol... yes... it was a good double work-out.... 45 minutes of cardio and then the pump class for an hour... I promised a few friends that i would set up their weights for them for the pump class (since I set mine up before I do my cardio) so it forced me to get there!! we were out late last night and I really didn't feel like getting up this morning - but I'm glad I did... I always feel great after a work-out... It was a small grocery shop this week... Amanda didn't come home this week-end and Chris is only home tonight, so I didn't need to do a huge shop and there wasn't much on sale this week.... Hope you're enjoying your day!!

lol... I had yoga last night then went to the gym for a "pump" (weight) class... I guess that was my pink heart celebration!!! Had a protein shake when I got home, so I didn't even cheers to a beer yet...

I didn't make it to the gym this morning, but I did do a work-out dvd... I did a 2 mile walk in 30 minutes, so I don't feel guilty about not going!! I slept in til about 9:30!!
