Early morning we got snow then turn to rain by 2:00pm it was so nice out and +3 not bad for December 18th ..especially with all high winds we were getting and so darn cold since November and December and ohhh it was so nice to get lovely day finally

Strong west to northwesterly winds will develop later today.
Wind gusts of 110 km/h can be expected tonight and Thursday morning over exposed coastal areas of northeastern Newfoundland. Wind gusts of 100 km/h are forecast along exposed coastal areas of the northern Avalon Peninsula Thursday morning
