I have illnesses that might flare up, and I get injured from time to time and when that occurs it forces me to recognize how fortunate I am to have most of my body functioning most of the time. This past week I was so grateful to have a fully functioning left hand, while the right one is on the fritz.

The sunshine and warm weather. An understanding dh and the fabulous picture I received in an email this morning from my youngest dd. She looks fabulous and is 5 weeks clean and sober (again)

She has a different attitude this time, and I think (and pray) this is the time that it will stick!

I had a painful bone spur removed from my finger on Monday. I am thankful that it does not hurt as much today, and I get to take the bandage off tonight.

Ahem...Wedding Officiant, here, please!! I marry people. Although I'd have LOVED to be a wedding planner...I love everything about weddings!!!
And Vesper...you have NO idea how right you are...however there's been only one wedding where I wanted to say to the groom: RUN!!!!!!
