Went to the inlaws last night so it was homemade lasagne(noodles from scratch) and salad and for dessert homade chocolate mouse oh ya and a reisling/icewine drink. Sooooo yummy

Tonight I am making dinner for my mom who is an Italian chef so we shall see how I do hahaha
Were having Eggplant Parmesan with garlic bread and homemade ceaser salad.

I cooked a nice meal last night and the little turds wouldn't eat...so tonight will be soup and a sandwich...or maybe frozen pizza.

yummy! how do you cook meatloaf not in a pan?

I think he just formed the meat into a loaf. Laid bacon on the baking sheet. Put loaf on top and more bacon on top of the loaf. He did the fancy criss cross thing. He also made a ketchup glaze on the side. What can I say the man likes bacon. LOL

I'm in charge of dinner tonite and tomorrow. Shaking beef for tonite. Beef and broccoli stir fry for tomorrow.

I made the salmon cakes out of the new "What's Cooking"...pretty darn yummy!! My little booger ate 3 of them Also had sidekicks, and I made a sauce for the cakes with mayo, lemon and VE Lemon Dilly dip mix...yummers!!
