Ukrainian Christmas Eve supper tonight - modified because there are only three of us, so I don't make all 12 meatless dishes!
We will have perogies, cabbage rolls, baked fish, and a salad - mushroom sauce and sauteed onions to go with.

Sounds great! I am thinking to make a few dishes myself!!! Perogies are ready to go, fish is ready to go, debating to make sour cabbage rolls.....used to celebrate before grandpa passed away.

Like Natalka its my Christmas Eve tonight as well (Serbian) - we are not allowed meat, dairy or fowl today so I am making
fish, roast potatoes, meatless stuffed peppers, rice, a thick bean dish (pasulj) and for dessert sliced apples with honey and walnuts

Having our neighbours over tonight so a winter BBQ. I'm making them Bacon Cheese Burgers and fries, I'm having veggie burger with some broccoli and carrots.

I'm thinking Shake n bake chicken with potatoes or sweet potatoes??? I was looking for ideas from the thread also. We have a farm so I have lots of hamburger in my freezer. Does anyone out there have some good hamburger casseroles that thier kids like!! I'm tired of making the same old thing with hamburger! Lat night was Shepard's pie and Rice pudding for dessert. Since I had the oven on I cooked them both at once.

Just cooking the sausage now will wrap it up for later then chop it up and put it in the free ragu sauce and poor over some fuslli!!! Easy and only 4.00 for the whole meal!!!!!!
