    Our DD passed her exam! She now adds the CIM designation to her "alphabet" as she calls it...Certified Investment Manager!

    All our prayers and thoughts took a while to lock in, lol, but they worked this time!

    They've all boarded the bus to the camp golf tournament, our GS is still sleeping so he'll make his way here when he wakes up. I'm thinking if picking up a bottle of Bobby for at another celebratory toast this evening, lol. Were certainly taking her out for dinner next week. This is certainly a big deal achievement in her business.

    A chill in the air this morning, but sunny and heading up to a lovely 20, perfect for a golf day, not one of those sweltering hot days we've had. GS and I will go out for a nice late lunch.

    Good morning!

    I managed to miss my forest walk last night. I got all kitted out with socks over long pants, toque, long coat and mitts and bug spray- and yoga mat-ready to meld with the forest-🤣

    Thought it started at 6:30- got there at 6:15 only to find it started at 5:00 and they were off in nature ... I decided not to break their mood by trying to catch up.

    So back I went and drove my BrotherR home and came back to binge-watch Bones on TV.

    Turns out that Tootie has weird anal glands and also a slight heart murmur.

    The vet decided from my description of symptoms and some questions that she has a food-based allergy. Apparently it causes them problems with their anal glands and makes them scratch at their ears and lick their paws a lot. Yes, yes, and yes!
    So, my dear girlie will have to stop getting her precious chicken...and any other protein that she has been eating.

    I am to switch her over to duck or kangaroo! So she will be chowing down on kangaroo kibble. I'll check to see if she starts jumping a lot.😉

    Well, it's going to be a busy day.

    So I had better start moving.

    @Lynn49 - where will you and you GS be dining, my dear?
