Well, woke up to a horrible winter wonderland. A couple inches of fluffy white crap.
It had better decide to leave soon.
Enjoy your day, everyone, and stay safe.

Oh brother!! No wonder you post " how many sleeps till Christmas " in October and November, it must look like the Christmas season with that white stuff! I do hope it melts though, it's too soon.
We had the dreary rain, but it has cleared up for now.
Another week begins for the working stiffs here....sorry guys. At least they have yummy pre-made work meals courtesy of moi!
Carry on folks!

@walkonby , last year we had our first snowfall ON halloween night and it stayed until April!!
You're right...this one had better just die. And soon.
Yep, I'm absolutely in the Christmas spirit, doesn't take much, hahaha....stuff to do. We'll be visiting my Hubby's older brother and his wife next week, she's just out of surgery a week ago...she's the one who hand-quilted the entire queen-sized quilt I made years ago.
So...I'm off to Michaels for a few supplies: I want to bring her a ruffled deco-mesh wreath. I only need the wire frame and pipe cleaners and I'm off and pacing!!
This is what I'm aiming for...

Happy Monday!
No snow here (until tomorrow...), but cold. Wind-chill was -21 this morning.
Nurse just left - right leg is all clear. Wednesday we will do a stocking.
Left leg is doing super good, only a small open place. She did a fair amount of picking off dead skin to unearth new growth.
Take care, all of you!

Ugh. Not a single wire wreath frame in the city! I'm too late.

Got a call at 9.30am this morning that welfare has approved me for the $625 last months rent deposit so they will send my landlord a check tomorrow. So officially I’m moving down the hall nov 1st lol. It’s a much larger actual apartment with its own washroom, stove, full sized fridge, separate bedroom. For $625 includes heat, hydro, cable and wifi. Once I move in and get settled a bit I’ll take some pics. Hope everyone had a good weekend and good week ahead.

Aw, thank you so much, @Thatdone , I did check there and it'd be fine except I wanted to make it for my SIL when we visit them next week.
I didn't see one with 2-day delivery...lol...not asking much, am I?
Again...thank you!!

Oh, @Thatdone , it's 24" in diameter...that would end up being huge not to mention using rolls and rolls of deco mesh. I'd like to find a 10" one...I know they exist, lol....btw, that 24" one is at Canadian Tire, but wow, it would turn out far too large for their home.
You're like me....I love doing research! Hahaha....our Family knows to ask me to look something up or find something, and I'm in my element!!
Thank you, Sweetheart!

I did not realise that house training a puppy was so much more work than an actual child.
My cats always just knew and did it. Kids had a diaper on until they decided to make it into a competition. Old dog was a year old rescue, so he was already trained. This puppy wont stop $h!tting and p!ss!ng beside the training pads that he is LUCKY he is so darn cute.
If he is smart, he will stop growling and barking at the cats when they come near me, because I can smell mutiny in the air....
