had some errands to run in town this morning. First tie doing Monday morning shopping...eerily quiet!

I heard that Thunder Bay is under a blanket of snow with some power outages....not here!!
Of course I had to tease my cousin there.its a gorgeous day here!

Good late evening eveyone!!! Not to much going on lately. Dad,my uncle and my aunt will receive their first shot of vaccine by tuesday.I think they will get the pzifer not 100% sure.Dad will be able to redrive by tuesday too,such a good news!!! He continue to improve day by day!!! We try to take at least 1 walk each day!!! Please say a prayer and toughts for my smart canuck friend @Ciel( montly thread starter ) that had lost her battle with breast cancer and she is on her finals weeks or days..so heartbreaking to me...

Good day friends! We are indeed going through some difficult times with Covid but we will make it through together! Thank you all for your contributions here on SC! They are appreciated and make a difference!
I took the weekend easy so as to let my left hind paw heal.Slowly but surely it's coming along, just in time for appointments that were booked weeks ago! DW got her shot yesterday with no side affects! I'm on for next week(if there's still supply).
Beautiful day out but I heard mention of possible snow this week.Thankfully the two nuclear plants nearby will lessen my chance!
Whatever you find yourself doing this week, take it one day/hour/minute at a time,whatever works best for you!

When I had an appointment yesterday I thought God was speaking to me through the birds(hear me out!).
The place I had to go to was between two main drags with plenty of noise coming from the traffic. Yet between the two drags I heard some birds singing away to their maker without a care in the world.I thought to myself,if only I had the same carefree attitude that they had. How much better my life would be!

hi gang........So......when is a personal emailed online grocery coupon code sent to me confusing?
When it says " Here's $10.00 off your grocery pick up " AND btw, the code itself is PICKUP10, but they don't honour it.
After I inquire at both the store and the online help line as to why not, I'm told " THAT coupon is only valid on Delivery "

The issue has been escalated to someone at Head Office with half a brain.

Update: Terms and conditions ( in the FINE print a way down at the bottom of the offer of course! ) negates the coupon unless you spend a min. $50.00 and you select regular P.U. and NOT Priority P.U. ( which is offered to those with physical mobility issues and other conditions ) .
Thanks Metro, ya got me this time....but I know where I won't be ordering from again.
Clearer wording of the restrictions needs to be placed in an easy to see spot on these offers imho.
