Good earlier morning to all the earliers birds who will follow me!!! Yes a sunny day ahead the days are getting longer!!! I cancelled one trade on fb french couponning groups because the person did not post me the pictures in 24 hours and this is the rule.Need to writthe to more compagnies this week,I have made another list.!!!! Decided to give my 3 proplan purina that i will receive to a shelter Need to do a points query on pc chat guy today too.Alright have an awesome day everyone!!!!

@cath007 , @flemeth , good morning early birds.

Hopefully everyone okay after that doozy of a wind storm on Friday.
We ended up loosing power around 7 pm Friday night, with it coming back around 12 noon on Saturday, and then our internet and phone around 5 pm Saturday evening. No harm done to anything in the house, and all the food in the freezers and fridges were good to go, since we didn't need to open them for anything.

Time for Coffee and the paper work.

Happy Smiley Monday everyone!! NOT!
It is not so bad now, but after the high winds took off a fair number of shingles from our roof I was stressed.
Did NOT want my hubby climbing up there to do the repair ( it makes me so nervous ) but he did anyways!

Couldn't even get through to our house insurance by phone anyways, it was a busy signal right from 8 a.m.
Had no clue if our policy would cover repair of shingles from high winds anyways??
Anyhow, it is done and the guys got finished literally 15 minutes before some rain started falling around 3 p.m.

Nice to see you back safe and sound and well rested @Newfiescreech ! Sounds like you really enjoyed your time away in Mexico, and what a contrast from the weather in Newfoundland. No wonder you did not want to come back home. lol.

On the sports front I am both disappointed and glad. Glad those pesky Bruins are out, but sad the Sharks lost to Vegas.
We just need the Capitols to flick Crosby and his Penguins out and then my day will be complete! ha ha
Our Blue Jays are still doing fine despite only winning 1 of the 3 in Tampa.

Oh yeah about the shingles. When it first happened my DD came from her room and said that there were lots of shingles on the backyard deck and she could see the houses directly across, and to the left and right of ours had bare spots so my first thought was " oh those poor people "....not realizing they were from our roof!
Even weirder was the shingles that ripped off came from the front of our house and blew up and over landing in our backyard.

Morning folks.
Well we know winter's over in the GTA...'cause it's now Construction Season. Stupid construction crews had all night to work, yet they decide to start their construction work and lane closure at 5 am...added an additional 30 minutes to my commute...*sigh*

Going to be a nice day out there.
