From Wind Chills to Humidex Ratings...we had snow on the ground yesterday morning, and there is supposed to be a humidex rating tomorrow afternoon...Jeebus...

Actually, @dededi , it was wee Jenny who smacked on our bed this morning to get me up at 7:14! Did she want to out outside? Um, no. Just bored. So I made a Keurig for myself and we snuggled on the sofa until her Daddy got up, around 8:30...I always say, "Good morning, Pincess!", when he gets up later than me... So I made the coffee, took Jenny into the back yard, and omgoodness, how wonderful IS it to go outside in one's nighty and robe and not be breathing out steam! haha!! Going up to 20 today! Ohhhhh...can it really be happening?! No snow here, okay, maybe in the wooded areas, some still left there, but nowhere else I'd care to wander.
DH has already raked out front yard and it's looking almost like the precursor of the beginning of spring!!

I'm not sure what I want to do today...DH wanted to bake banana muffins, found only 2, then I had one at breakfast, so I imagine that's out the door. He was going to "adjust" his 3-banana recipe for the 2, but oh-well....not anymore!
I have no immediate plans.

welcome back @22hicks The sun bring you out? It can have such a positive effect on us after weathering an unpredictable winter season.
The mail was fun to collect today....had 4 GC's !! Two x $25.00 ones from GT ( from using my RBC Visa rewards points ) and a $50.00 replacement Pizza Pizza card from CS after the one I had would not work.
I was pleased at the speed in which these cards arrived.

Did anyone stay awake to watch the double O.T. Nashville/Jets game last night?
woo hoo, it was some hard hitting, speedy passing hockey....many infractions were ignored with NO penalty.
Preds hung on to keep this series tied.

I have been enjoying serious benefits from asking my guys in early April to take full control of their meals.
Everything about it from deciding what to make, searching the freezer for items, prepping, cooking....all of it.
They have stepped up gallantly and the meals they have made....I am so proud of them.
Last night I heard them up in the kitchen making a plethora of items together. I think they both finally get it now.
When you take just one afternoon to make many meals ahead and freeze them, then you just grab and go when the work day rolls around.
On the flip side my healthy ( but restricted from fun foods ) eating plan is going very well and I have to thank the both of them for that. When they are off on vacation weeks or even on some weekends of course I still cook an occasional family meal, but it makes a huge difference when it is not a chore but a pleasure to do.

My first day doing ddp yoga beginners so I did 30mins this afternoon. I will keep going and try to do more as time goes on. I had my heart rate up around 135. I was definitely sweating which is good. Hope everyone is having a good day.

Tough weekend for me, things just not going well with me ole bod.

Very hard morning for me today - had to get to the doctor. Thank goodness for a very strong husband, without his muscles, I wouldn't have been able to get around.

Trading coupons can be hard;people dont read my researchs and I lost opportunities with others serious traders who have my researchs.After I got yelled because of that.....tomorrow I need to call Purina because I did not receive my purina coupon for proplan and writhe to 5 compagnies for coupons.I pm ed a coupon girl and she dont want to give me her list of yes compagnies mail out coupons so selfish.....Anyway wishing you a great rest of evening and night !!!!
