Yeah, since the weekend is going to cool down again. The overnight low on the weekend will drop to about 5 or 6 degrees. If you have anything tender growing you'd better cover it up or bring it in. Watch me preach and I will most likely forget the tomatoes and the caladiums

It was nice sleeping in a bit today but then again, not really.
I feel more tired now than if I'd been up at my normal time.

I have all my winter coats lying on chairs and the floor.

I am matching up hats, gloves, mitts, scarves.

Some of my clothes are going out. Everything is getting washed before the hydro rates go up again on June 1. Then, reorganize closets and drawers for the summer.

I took Tootie to the vet this morning. I was worried about her night-time restlessness and breathing.

She had 2 vaccinations, blood work done for heartworm, a follow-up x-ray, nails clipped and a little skin tag clipped from near her eye and enough flea and tic medication until November.

A previous vet had said that she had a level 4 (out of 6) heart murmer, so I was worried. THIS vet says that her examination and x-Ray confirmed that her heart murmer is actually a level 2 and she is in no current danger. Thank goodness! The vet also said that she is a real sweetheart and gave them no trouble, whatsoever, even when she was getting the needles.

I am pooped at the moment.

It's raining and muggy. We have a rainfall warning.
