We don't need to be rich, don't need to be famous just to have a good time!

Baked haddock, 'smashed' potatoes. I bought the haddock at Costco awhile back, frozen pieces, and I'm kind of disappointed. They're VERY thin fillets - even DS asked, "Why is the fish so flat?" I buy salmon frozen like this regularly and it's good, the haddock not so much.

I was running around all day yesterday so I met DH and Earls for dinner . I had the chicken/fig and brie sammy and DH had chilli chicken&wontons over jasmine rice. Since he took some of the hot and sour soup for lunch I won't make him have it for dinner. Instead I'll make............. Um........ I don't know yet Hopefully something will come to me

Last night was baked garlic chicken thighs with lots of onions to serve over perogies, also had brussel sprouts.
Tonight will be pork meatballs with lots of spinach and garlic in them (sense a theme? I have garlic bulbs to use up!) in marinara sauce over pasta with Caesar salad.
