What day is this? LOL. (Lets not talk about Friday..it was a liquid dinner with lots of munchies! hee hee) yesterday went to a fish fry, it was amazing, so much food. I think there ended up being 10 pans of fish cooked (i.e. the lasagna pans from the dollar store) so many sides , red potatoes, macaroni salad, coleslaw, beans, etc, etc . Today I am craving meat, so will prob grill a steak and have something simple with it i.e. caesar salad

Yesterday was Vanilla Bean Scones, had a huge lunch and was not hungry for dinner.
Tonight's dinner who knows we have a ton of options now we just need to pick one. But should probably start with breakfast or lunch it is noon and all I have had is 2 huge cups of tea.

Not yet planned, but hope to eat something special with my girlfriend. However roast mutton will be there, because she loves to eat them.

everyone was fending for themselves yesterday, which was nice. I am simmering a pot of chili...forgot to soak my beans so I pressure cooked them first and their now soft enough to simmer in with the meat sauce. Randomly baking 4 sweet potatoes to satisfy a sweet craving that may come later. Caesar, or maybe a garden salad to have with the chili.

Last night was Jane's boneless chicken bites, BBQ ones - they were really good! Had with home fries and creamed corn.
Tonight we'll barbecue chicken pieces - ah, I should make the sauce right away! - we'll have with either baked or packet potatoes, and a mixed salad.

I am up to my eyeballs today with things to do so something simple; maybe juicy jumbo's on the BBQ or maybe pasta with shrimp
