Thanks, Jina
This recipe sounds easier than the cupcake one I made. But I noticed someone also use this recipe and made them into cupcakes (picture below the recipe).
These are the Hong Kong cupcakes I mentioned:

I love those individual tins!
Thanks again!

Found a use for the "freebie" Chocolate Cheerios from a while back....made chewy cheerio stacks with the chocolate cheerios instead of the regular kind
Good stuff! Then made banana bread with sour cream instead of oil/butter (super yum!), skor bits with saltine crackers, corn syrup & chocolate coating, and lastly peanut butter & chocolate chip cookies from Bisquick mix.
All snacks were divied up amongst 2 neighbors, my bf, my co-workers & my kids!
Was a baking frenzy!!

I 'baked' no-bake energy bars (a Dr. Oz recipe - easy to find on google!). I use it only as a base recipe and change up most of the ingredients. Yum.
Can anyone recommend a different no-bake energy bar recipe - for when I want to change things up?
Thanks,

I have definitely done that recipe before. I put semi-sweet chocolate chips in it instead of the tart cherries.
I have extra sour cream in the fridge that expires on Aug 3rd, bought too much at Sobey's 1/2 price sale. Any baking or cooking suggestions for it?
I saw lucy16076 post above about using sour cream instead of oil in the banana loaf recipe. Maybe that is something I could check out.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money
