My mom used to make fried chicken liver. I ate them because i was taught not to waste food but i was never a great fan. So i dont make chicken liver, but i do like beef liver and a i make it about once a month or once every 2 months. Hubby likes beef liver also.

Tonight is pork tenderloin, rubbed it with this earlier:

I was going to buy a roast beef at Costco, but all the sirloin roasts had expiry dates of today (or yesterday!). So pork tenderloin it is with mashed potatoes and veggies.

I'm attempting marinated shaved turkey (still eating leftovers from thanksgiving!) in a Jamaican style jerk marinade and going to throw that in a frying pan with some onions and then put it in a tortilla with cheese and lettuce. I've been eating soup for every meal all week with this sickness and I'm sooooo hungry and over it. I just want real food! I hope the marinade tastes good (will try it before I mix it up with the meat of course) and this will be supper for the next few days since I have exams. I'm also trying to not have leftovers and that means I have 8 tortillas and two containers of turkey in the freezer to cook up. I'm banned from grocery shopping since I leave for home in two weeks and have more than enough leftovers and food in the fridge to eat up until I leave!
