Ordering pizza from a local joint and curling up on the couch with DH and Harley and hopefully getting to sleep at a normal hour and not being woke up by the partying neighbours

Husband will bring home KFC on his way home from work.
Not my fave, but then, I don't have to cook!
Gah, I'm just dying for Chinese food - haven't had any for at least two months!

We decided to order pizza with all the sides (which I prefer, after working for 5 years in the local pizza and eating pizza multiple times a week for dinner, I can take or leave the actual pizza). We have pizzas on order, potato wedges, Cesar salad, chicken bites and cheddar mozza bread sticks.
After tonight we will go down to only eating out/take out once a week and trying one new recipe a week.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

On the bright side KFC will undoubtedly be more budget friendly and kick off your frugal savings for 2014!! And to be truthful if I had a husband who only ate one meal a day I don't think I would try to fill him up on Chinese food either!! KFC likely being more filling, tasty and inexpensive on Tuesdays. Happy New Year!

spicy chicken mr noodle since I'm not feeling 100% and was craving it for some reason. Will probably make some tea or coffee and have some junk food snacks later that my mom and sister sent me back to TO with after my short christmas vacation home. Definitely staying in and watching movies or tv all night instead of venturing out in this cold weather when I'm not feeling well. I think I may have picked something up on the bus ride back

It's true, I know... and it's his fave. He's a skinny bugger and can eat like a horse, though he only had three toonie boxes tonight. I had one piece and some fries.
He's not a huge fan of Chinese food, but as long as we get some DF chicken wings, ribs, and noodles, he's good to go. We know which places give big portions! I'm the one craving chop suey and shrimp!
It was irony at it's finest - he ended up coming home for the afternoon because they got off and the guys were just drinking and he didn't want to stay, so he did some work around the house. So by the time he wanted food, it was after 7, and I asked if he minded Chinese food, he said okay - but when I called, they had closed at 5:30, so that's how we ended up with KFC anyway. Hey, the kitties were happy, too!
Darth, that looks awesome! What seafood/fish did you use, and what stock?

I made a deluxe salad for supper tonight. (romaine lettuce heart, cellery, grated carrot, marble cheese, pecan pieces, chopped warm chicken breast, friend mushrooms and a bit of ranch dressing)
For snacks we later had chips with dip and a home made fruit smoothie.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money
