What's For Dinner?

Broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken, onion and cheese stuffed potatoes, and peas I think this may be the first night in a long while that I don't have to be at either school or work during supper time!

I think this evening I will just keep it simple and make up some turkey burgers and grill them on the bbq and have a Caesar salad with it..(and maybe a jug of margaritas)

If I was the drinking type, I certainly would have drank last night after the work day that I had.

I thawed 2 salmon fillets in the fridge, so I have to cook those up tonight for supper because we will be gone for the next two days. So probably salmon fillets with steamed cauliflower and M&C.

Homemade chicken fingers,baked potatoes, roast veggies and I think I will throw a rice pudding in the oven for the kids.

everyone's dinners sound so good. i'm not sure what to feed the kids tonight. dd1 said she wanted eggos, dd2 said she'd eat eggs. so I guess breakfast for dinner tonight.

Been craving cheesy garlic bread for two days. So today DF took pity of my exhaustion and made gratinéed pasta, italian sausage and a crapload of CHEESY GARLIC BREAD!
Seriously I had like 4 pieces... I will explode.. but it was sooooo goooooddddd .
.... and theres two pieces left.

Last night was a hard boiled egg sandwich. Nothing fancy but it was Friday I was tired.

last two chicken fingers in the freezer, some homemade fries with some seasoning salt packet I have a sample of, and corn. I wanted to do salmon and rice but got home too late and don't feel like waiting an hour for rice! The chicken and potatoes are in the toaster oven and should almost be done. The corn is in the microwave waiting to be heated when the oven goes off.

Bless his BIG heart for this winning suggestion! (he knows my knees hurt, my back hurts, my eye hurts... gah! It sucks to have to be doing so much and be falling apart, lol)
