Nope! All the vitamins are in the juice. You lose all the nutrients when you cook your vegetables.

..Why is this a rant? This is amazing! Keep on juicing!


*edit. sorry re read that. It probably did lose a lot. Its best to drink it immediately after making it!

lol!! I remembered Joe saying in the video about if you juice make sure it is sealed air tight and drank up within 2 days. I am slowly getting back on my wagon, lol

When common sense isn`t so common.

My Mom (I know, I know) got rear ended yesterday morning driving to work. She told me late afternoon about everything. Said she got hit maybe like 30 or 40 km's, left a small unnoticeable dent and police were not called. I`m like oh don`t worry, you got her plate number right? She's like no, we exchanged PHONE NUMBERS.



Apparently she called and the woman did give her actual phone number. But they are trying to work through policy number's and (surprise, surprise!) the woman's isn`t showing up.

Like I know you're a little shaken up when this stuff happens.. (been there, done that) but seriously? Smh.

I really need to rant this away.2 years ago I made the dramatical error of sharing some money with an ex friend of mine....He want to refund me now because apparently he have now the money because he start a compagny of...moving.....last month I moved at my own fees,because he wanted to erase his debt with is help...problem is help was not worthed the amount he own to me.Today he wrothe to me 'i can refund you,dont specify how much or the whole amount,and just give me your number account...First I would never give my number account to you,Two the only compagnies who has it are the old appart and I stopped them,Third: I said to him if you are serious ,give me a check or ''the amount'' ...He did not respond this time....I plan to get this back at my old adress and ...check way can be no fund,I dont want to live that,I have enough for now,So not so good news,He just want to escape the ''Courts des petites creances'' and the interrest he promis me....huh
