been a fairly big movie week for me...
the imitation game... great movie! very well done, powerful story solid drama with a bit of humor tossed in but done smartly very well acted sad ending i would give it a solid 10!
into the woods... i expected more, was disappointed i found it flat and didn't have that epic feel of past musicals in recent history i'd give it a 5
the hobbit-battle of 5 armies... a movie that wasn't needed lol it felt like 1 never ending battle they could have trimmed and streamlined the series and turned it into 2 movies
Big eyes-loved it! it was sweet and cute and quirky it's a story that could have easily taken a darker turn but with the material in the hands of the right director it turned out great! easily give it a 9/10When life hands you Edward Cullen...throw him back and demand Eric Northman....

Edge of Tomorrow - 10/10
How is it that I love the movies that Tom Cruise is in and the characters that he plays but I can't stand the man himself? That was an amazing, outstanding movie.

Just got back from seeing Taken 3. 9/10. Great movie.
Also saw the new Hobbit movie a few weeks ago. Not my thing. I never saw any of the other movies before it, so I didn't really know what was going on.Join Swagbucks for free amazon gift cards! $500 earned so far!!

Men, Women and Children......this film was a tough one to watch through to the end only because it was quite sad, but also brutally honest in content. Oh Jennifer Garner must have loved playing her role, lol! ( she is normally soooo sweet! ) 8.5 /10
The Two Faces of January......I admit I only rented this because Viggo Mortensen was in it, but Kirtsen Dunst was a bonus, and the other guy ( Oscar Issac ) I KNEW I liked him from something else? ( turns out it was from a film called 10 Years...oh and he was also the guy from that Inside Llewyn Davis movie! ) anyway.....this was sort of suspenseful, but just not enough to it to give it anything more than a 7/10.

now I am very pleased to hear you say you loved it! So did Ellen when she interviewed Johnny Depp and Gwynneth P. however, in the papers today they gave in a NO stars out of a possible five stars rating??? They trashed it totally, and that made me nervous to even bother going. I will probably rent it on dvd when it comes out that way...thanks

Walker, I have learned to never listen to the critics when it comes to movies. It is one person's opinion and chances are they are so jaded and cynical that they won't like anything that they see. If you want a true feel for a movie use the IMDB rating system. Out of all the movies that I've seen I think I've only been disappointed once or twice with the community rating.
