Just me tonight and it is a more than nice day so I am going to open up a beer and sit outside and make BBQ hotdogs.

Linguine and meat sauce with garlic bread and small salad. Nestle cone for dessert later.

Chicken strips and potato wedges from Co-op, spicy but very tasty and fresh. Had with leftover coleslaw.

It was a rainy day here and I took the chance to use up the mushrooms I had to make soup. Cremini, button and aki cream soup with garlic toast.

Last night I made Little Shells with Mushrooms and Pepper with Alfredo Sauce (knew Mom still would not be up to tomato sauce as her stomach is still sensitive over a week after having the flu). Also made a Garlic Parm bun to go with it.

Tonight I am thinking easy and simple Nachos if I can find the frozen Taco Meat, if not I have frozen Taco Pies that just need to be baked and would make a salad to go with these.

Girls night out and tonight it’s a tried and true Mexican place...margaritas on the rocks and a couple of big share plates. I have no clue what the other half is having. Most likely leftovers😎

Something called Fiesta chicken and rice. Didn't care for it and will not make it again.

...bbq'd chicken breast (bone-in) on the new BBQ, made rice using pineapple juice, etc..and stir-fried a medley of veggies, onion, mushroom, peppers & spinach, etc

Leftover BBQ pork chops ,made beef rice , three cheese noodles , potato skins , macaroni salad, dinner roll and Diet Pepsi..dessert .. home made partridge berry pie and vanilla ice cream
